Email Subscription with Sendy

    Hi

    I use Sendy for my email subscription and since the update a week or so ago my new subscribers are no longer saved in Sendy, only locally in WP.

    Looking into it a bit more closely, it seems it is now impossible to save my Sendy list ID within the ‘Update email service’ preferences. However many times I include it, it isn’t saved and the box remains blank.

    All was fine pre update as the list ID had been there for months.

    Please advise!

    Hope you’re well!

    I could not replicate the same on my end.

    If the Sendy settings can’t be saved, let us know if there are any errors shown for you. If you have cache plugin active, please temporarily deactivate it and try to save changes

    If the issue still persists, please enable WordPress debug, place the following to the wp-config.php file:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    Make sure that you insert these lines above /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ in the wp-config.php file.

    Try saving Sendy credentials again. This way all errors will be saved in the debug.log file inside the /wp-content/ directory. Upload the debug.log to Google Drive or DropBox and share a download link with us.

    Hope you’re well.

    Can you also check browser console on admin page here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WyXflzwL_oNVwCD8Ryktr0eTPXbkhf3v/view

    You can just press Ctrl + Shift + J (Windows / Linux) or Cmd + Opt + J (Mac) to open it. Is there any console error?

    It looks like another language to me but perhaps means something to you re. this issue?

    Hope you’re well.

    Looks like your thread just lost in other solved threads so sorry for late response.

    As far as I can see there is some kind of SSL error on your wp-admin side. Can you just try to fix them? Maybe just using this plugin can solve this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/

    If it’s not help, can you try plugin and theme conflict test? You need to deactivate all other plugins except Hustle and try again. If it’s not help also try with activating default WordPress theme.

    Please let me know the results.
