Email Subscribers Don't Receive the Email from WordPress

Hi,
I have a subscriber who keeps trying to sign up for my blog’s RSS Feed but he does not receive the subscription email from WordPress to verify this.

He has tried a few times and so have I. His email does go in and it says, “We went you an email to verify” but he never receives it and yes he’s checked spam.

Argh! Could you help him sign up? This is his email: [address moderated]
