• Departments and emails:

    So, if I have multiple departments to choose from (like customer service, tech support, etc) can I have the emails that go out have custom subjects?

    As in:

    Tech Support would say TECH SUPPORT REQUEST
    Customer Service would say CUSTOMER SUPPORT REQUEST

    and each would go to a specified email account?

    If Departments are considered as categories then below steps will fulfil your requirement :

    • Create one category as one Department.
    • Now go to Email notification setting
    • Create a new notification template and add condition on categories
    • Create templates for every category(department)
