    We use Support Ticket at our website (www.tssipr.com). We would like to know how we can edit Subject and message body can get all the boxes we have in our form.

    We now get the subject ([] Support Tickets - A new ticket (TKT: 24)) and we would like it to be ([] TSS Support Tickets - A new ticket (TKT: 24)) or ([] TSS Support Tickets - You have a reply (TKT: 24))

    And in the body of a new ticket information only Subject:, Author and
    Message Body: and do not like to receive any information from this form.

    Would it be possible to integrate those parts of cf7 that allow email messages to be customised?
