I have the same problem. All emails are sent as text/plain.
Same problem.
But with Contact Form 7
For information
Downgrade to the version 2.0.9 of Postman solve the problem.
The tip about downgrading to the version 2.0.9 do not work anymore with WordPress 5.4.1.
The Version 2.0.11 of Post SMTP Mailer still sending in text/plain mode!
Any idea how to fix this problem?
