I have a subdomain based multisite installation where i have Domain Mapping enabled to facilitate easy maintenance and a different domain marked as primary domain.

However when someone comments via blog comment form i get a link pointing to the mapped blog for actions like approval and rejection. But if i respond back via admin control panel the links sent to the commentor via email point to the subdomain and not the primary domain mapped for the blog.

Can you suggest how i can correct this basically invert it so that admin gets emails points to correct subdomain and external users / commenters get links pointing to primary domain.

Either set the dashboard to run under the mapped domain or answer the comment from the front end of the site.

well that’s bad. But if that is how it has to be done i will have to see how to make sure of it.
