    I’m trying to send this form that I created, which is using conditionals. But I’m having empty submission problem. Can you help me?

    Hi, the problem is that you are using the same field name multiple times and all field names should be unique.

    You could either fix the code by making your fields unique, or upgrade to PRO so you can use the disable_on_hide property.

    Exactly that, as soon as I created unique fields for each group, I had no more problems receiving information.
