• Hi,
users receive codes very slowly, after hours.
Is there something you can do, without me using WP Mail SMTP by WPForms?
    Thanks

Thank you for your email and for trying our plugin @valci1

By default the plugin sends the email instantly. The process is triggered by the user trying to log in to the website. However, there are many things in the email system that could potentially slow down the delivery of the mail.

Therefore the first thing I would recommend here is to check when the email is sent from WordPress. There are several ways how you can do this. You can install a plugin such as WP Mail Logging (free) to see a log of when the email is sent etc.

This will allow you to confirm when the email is sent from WordPress. If there is a delay from when the email is sent from WordPress up until it reaches the user’s mailbox, then the issue is not WordPress or the plugin. In that case I would recommend you to run some email deliverability tests.

I hope the above helps. Should you need further information please do not hesitate to ask.

    Have a good day.
