On a client’s site, notifications come from Super Forms plugin when someone submits a message. For some reason there are two copies made of the email.
The first email gets delivered correctly via the smtp plugin.
The second one is logged 1 second later and gets a “No recipient forward path has been supplied” error and the “To Address” and the subject are missing.
Any ideas what the cause could be?
