 * Hi Fabian
    Having a strange issue when sending emails using AF. In the From field
   I have: {field:contact_us[name]}{field:contact_us[email]} and the email wont 
   send.
 * When I replace that with just {field:contact_us[email]} it sends correctly, but
   the sender is shown as WordPress.
 * I’ve tried lots of different combinations, but as soon as the ‘name’ field is
   added, the emails don’t get sent?

 * The format you need to set a custom name is: `{field:contact_us[name]} <{field:
   contact_us[email]}>`. There is a small disclaimer about this underneath the “
   From” setting but it’s not entirely obvious.
