Email send on free version.

Hi!
I am testing the free version and I have a problem with sending emails.
The plugin dosn’t send emails, neither when registering nor when uploading a new ticket.
Is it necessary to buy an add-on for emails to be sent?
Is it necessary to install or configure something else in wordpress so that the plugin can send emails?
