# Email send delay

 * Hope you are having a great day.
 * I am using SendWP to send all email receipts and notifications from purchases
   via EDD.
 * On Thursday I received an email notification from PayPal confirming an EDD sale.
   I also received a New User Registration notification email from EDD (I think 
   via SendWP?).
 * Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any New Digital Sale notification / receipt email
   until yesterday and the customer did not receive their Purchase Receipt email
   with the download links until yesterday either (5 days later).
 * Do you think the emails somehow ‘got stuck’ in the SendWP queue? Is there anything
   to be done that can ensure emails triggered by EDD are sent immediately?

 * I’m sorry, but your SendWP _service_ isn’t supported here and the author’s can’t
   have this conversation here either. They can only support the code.
 * Please find some other way to reach them that does not include these forums.
 * For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their
   site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well and any topics related to any
   service they have.
 * As the author is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
