 * I hope you’re doing great!
 * I’ve just tried to reset password in the demo site and I got the email. So I 
   am thinking It could be an issue with how your mail configuration is setup. But
   no problem we can do a few steps to debug this issue.
 * Do other email notifications work? e.g. The new user email notification.
 * If other emails are working fine, please try the following step:
 * Go to Member Chimp > Settings > Emails > Reset password.
 * Please make sure it’s enabled (Enable this email notification is ticked)
 * Try the above steps and let me know.

 * Hi Ahmed,
    The user’s new e-mail notification works correctly. The sending of
   the verification code email also works. I had already enabled password recovery
   but it doesn’t work. It could be useful to know that I use role management and
   a specific domain in the registration email. Best, Francesco

 * Hi Francesco!
 * Ok since other email notifications are working well, this rule out any issue 
   with Mail server.
 * Do not worry, I’m here until you find a fix to this problem. Let’s just try one
   of these two solutions.
 * 1. Can you turn off all other plugins, switch to default theme, then test the
   password reset email again? If we find a conflict plugin, then that will make
   it easy.
 * 2. Can you try to reset password for another email? e.g. another domain. Will
   the email work? Please also make sure the email already exists in your WordPress
   users database.
 * Let me know if any of these steps solved it.

 * Hi Ahmed,
 * I followed your suggestions and the problem was the Google Captcha plugin (reCAPTCHA)
   by BestWebSoft.
    Now everything works correctly. Thanks to the availability. 
   I have almost completely translated the plugin into Italian. Best, Francesco
