Hi tsgolden,
Please leave some URL to allow us test it.
Let me know if there is anymore information you need. Thanks again, Troy
Great plugin, but I was wondering, do you guys have quicker support? Paid support, maybe?
Hi tsgolden,
We don’t have paid support for WooDiscuz. Please register and open support topic in our forum here: http://gvectors.com/forum/
Email issues are very hard to check and detect the issue. Most of those server issues or plugin conflict so please open a support topic in our forum for deeper support.
Hi tsgolden,
Please update to latest WooDiscuz 2.0.9 version. Make sure you’ve deleted all caches and purged CDN.
ok, great thanks for the timely response and help. Great plugin! You guys are awesome. 5 stars!
I cleared 1. cache of plugin and cdn(shut it off for testing). 2. Created new discussion 3. Received confirmation and approved 4. Posted a response as admin in comments section (did not receive reply). 5. logged out of admin. 6. posted as guest 7. Received second reply.
Getting there. I’m able to receive reply emails from front-end, but do not receive relies from admin in comment section.
Thanks again for your help. Great job on this plugin. Love it!
Troy
I’m also able to receive replies from admin if admin posts in the front end;however, from the admin panel, in the comments section, if a reply is made; it is not received.
Yes, that’s correct. You’ll not get email notification if you reply yourself.
No, this is incorrect. I am not responding to myself. I am responding to a 3rd part user for testing purposes.
Within the admin panel, in the comment section, if i reply as admin nobody receives a reply email.
You were not clear, now I see what you mean. The information who replied to who is very important. We’ll check it and update soon.
Sorry if I was not being clear. Admin within comments sections is replying to a 3rd party user(random user. not admin)
Thanks 😉
