Facebook, Twitter and Google were all working except the Instagram
Instagram doesn’t provide user’s email address. That’s why plugin prompts the user for their email address. If you don’t want that “Email required” popup, you disable the “Email required” option from Advanced Configuration
section at Super Socializer > Social Login
options page in admin.
I did tried that but when i logged in using the social media, it redirects me to homepage and still not logged in. This happens on both Instagram and Twitch
Seems, some other plugin is causing conflict. You would like to try keeping only this plugin active just to check if this makes any difference.
Hello there,
I disabled ALL plugins except Supersocializer, but its still redirects me to page. No login.
As the final option, you would like to contact the support of your web-hosting if they have any idea why this is happening.
They dont have a say on this one. They say that there’s really something is going on with the plugin
any progress of this issue? Do you need anything from my end for you to check out?
The instagram login is giving an instagram email.
eg gilc@creativeminds.buzz registered to IG but shows 17055213721@instagram.com on users

If you drop an email at support[at]heateor[dot]com regarding this, would be able to help you out.

so what the best solution ?
@kizeh
Hi, plugin doesn’t accept an email that is already in use by some other user at your website. If a user wants to link their already existing account at your website to their Instagram account, they can do this via Social Account Linking icons at their profile page at your website.
