    Hi,

I have set CSV settings for both Booking Orders and Schedule List View and can export both manually no problem.

However, I would like a daily Schedule list to be automatically emailed out. The email report that is sent our is the Booking orders form and not the schedule list.

    2 Questions:

    1) Is it possible to automatically send out the schedule list as a CSV report?

    2) For whatever report that is sent out, ss it possible to set the report to only include the new bookings since the last report>

    Thank you.

    Hi,

The current email CSV reports are in the same format than the CSV exported from the booking orders list. In all cases only include the bookings since the last report.

An alternative may be to create a custom list with the daily schedule. The following FAQ entry may and doc page be helpful:

Thank you for using the plugin!

Hi, Many thanks for your reply.

I do like the idea of the frontend list. The problem with that though is that the clients name is not one of the field options. Very often you cannot tell someone’s name from their email. Can “name” be added?

Going back to my CSV reports I have added the following code in an attempt to achieve a report with only the ID, the persons name, their email and their appointment time.

    Form,final_price,final_price_short,app_service_1,app_status_1,app_duration_1,app_price_1,app_date_1,app_slot_1,app_quantity_1,app_service_2,app_status_2,app_duration_2,app_price_2,app_date_2,app_slot_2,app_starttime_2,app_endtime_2,app_quantity_2,app_service_3,app_status_3,app_duration_3,app_price_3,app_date_3,app_slot_3,app_starttime_3,app_endtime_3,app_quantity_3,app_service_4,app_status_4,app_duration_4,app_price_4,app_date_4,app_slot_4,app_starttime_4,app_endtime_4,app_quantity_4,app_service_5,app_status_5,app_duration_5,app_price_5,app_date_5,app_slot_5,app_starttime_5,app_endtime_5,app_quantity_5,formid,formname,referrer,request_timestamp,app_starttime_1,app_endtime_1

I get 4 columns in the report. The email and name are fine, the appointment time column has no heading (which is not a huge issue) but the ID column has a repeat of the email address under it.

Can you please help me get the report I want?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

You can add the ID of the “name” field to the list shortcode. You can locate the ID of a field this way:

Regarding to the CSV settings, please indicate the version number of the plugin installed at your website.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Thank you. The frontend list now looks good. Thanks for the advice.

I am using version 1.3.27 which I think is the latest version. In fact it had only updated about 9 hours before I saw your reply so I waited on the next submissions report to see if the problem had been resolved. Unfortunately it has not.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

    Regards

    Hi,

I haven’t been able to replicate the CSV issue from my end. It may be related to some specific settings in your environment. For a more detailed verification we may need to check a sample CSV file with that issue and the address of the page that contains the public booking form.

If you don’t want to share the address of the booking form or the sample CSV in this public forum you can send it using the following contact form: https://apphourbooking.dwbooster.com/contact-us

    Thank you!
