    Onderwerp: [your-subject]
 * Can someone please give me advise? Maybe my settings aren’t correct..? This is

 * Hello [@syloxenham82](https://wordpress.org/support/users/syloxenham82/) ,
 * Forminator doesn’t use [shortcodes] – it uses it like that {name-1}. Looks like
   your email was imported from Contact Form 7.
    You will need to edit those emails
   for the Forminator as explained in our docs [https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#email-notifications-forms](https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#email-notifications-forms)
 * kind regards,

 * Hi Kasia,
 * Thank you for your reply, I have managed to solve this problem. Is it also possible
   to reply to the person who has submitted the contact form?
 * Kind regards,
    Sylvia

 * Hi [@syloxenham82](https://wordpress.org/support/users/syloxenham82/),
 * I believe you are looking forward to responding to the person who submits the
   form. Yes, this is possible as you are collecting the email ID. It’s possible
   to configure email notifications as many as required. You can choose the email
   field as the recipient email ID under the recipient’s tab of the Add Email Notification
   option.

 * Please find more details in our documentation here: [https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#email-notifications-forms](https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#email-notifications-forms)
 * I hope that helps.

 * Hi,
 * Thank you for your help. I just don’t know which element to place where. Is the
   recipient’s code {email-1} or {text-1}? And in which field should I place this?
 * Thanks in advance.
 * Kind regards,
    Sylvia

 * hI [@syloxenham82](https://wordpress.org/support/users/syloxenham82/),
 * Each element in Forminator has it’s own ID, like {email-1} and {text-1}, so they
   look like this:
 * > [View post on imgur.com](https://imgur.com/KfHBuqv)
 * Which one you will use depends on where are you asking for the email in your
   form, the element that is used to enter the email should be the one set as recipient.
 * Hope this clears it up.
 * Cheers,
    Predrag
