# Email Replies

 * IMAP seems set up correctly – it’s pulling tickets from emails sent to the inbox.
   But when we reply to those emails from within the helpdesk and mark the ticket
   resolved, no response is emailed to the customer. How do we make that happen?

 * Just didn’t have the correct SMTP information in the email client. Wasn’t a wordpress
   issue.
