Email reminder not showing up

Hi,
After purchasing the premium version, I changed the “From Address”, and now the email does not show up. I am guessing hotmail is blocking them because the ip address does not match the dns records for the email address? Is there a way to fix this? I tried adding an spf record, but that did not seem to work
