# Email Received Return Request

 * I would like users to receive an email after submitting a return request that
   we received their request and will process it shortly. Now, they only get an 
   email when the request is completed.
    Is this included?

 * Found the email in Woocommerce -> Settings -> Emails.
    However, the email seems
   to only work for return requests and not for order cancellations. I would like
   customers to receive a notification when requesting a cancellation too…
