 * when I receive the contact form to the email address chosen, appears as title
   e.g. “xxx@box3.bluehost.com ” and below the subject of the email.
 * its possible to change the title/header ?

 * I am not at all clear on what your problem is from your question but perhaps 
   [Mail that comes through the contact form shows “WordPress” as its sender name. How can I change this?](http://contactform7.com/faq/#Mail_that_comes_through_the_contact_form_shows_WordPress_as_its_sender_name)

 * When i receive email from the form the name issued is always [xxx@Bluehost.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/email-receive-titleheader/xxx@Bluehost.com?output_format=md),
   i wanted to appear like e.g. “Contact”
