    In Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping > WooCommerce Services, there is a checkbox next to “Email Receipts”. The email is correct, but the name is not. How can I change this setting? I can’t figure out where it has pulled this name from. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack. I tried changing the site admin name.

    Hello @hpthatsme,

    The email and name you see on the WooCommerce Services settings screen is pulled from the WordPress.com account that connected Jetpack. Head over to https://wordpress.com/me to manage your account.

    I have looked there too, and the name on my WordPress.com account is the correct one, but it is still wrong in my WooCommerce Services settings.

    Hi @hpthatsme,

    My apologies – I just double checked the code and it seems I misspoke earlier.

    The name you see there is the “display name” of the WordPress user (on your site, not WordPress.com). Just now I tested changing the first and last name of my user – I had to select the correct name from a dropdown labeled “Display name publicly as” for the changes to take effect.

    Let me know if you have any difficulty changing the display name.

    I assume it is picking up the user whose email address is listed in the General Settings. I have changed that user, but it does not update in the WooCommerce Services settings. I even disconnected and reconnected my site. The email address has always been correct, it has just picked up the wrong name. I am stumped!

    When you go to Users, you should see a list of users. At least one will have a green Jetpack logo next to it. If it’s only one user, the “Display name” shown on their profile is what you should be seeing on the WooCommerce Services settings page.

    Ok, how do I switch it to the correct user then? The one with the correct Jetpack account? I added a user with the email address associated with the correct Jetpack account, but it’s still wanting to be connected with the other Jetpack user.

    Ok, I dug a little deeper, and I see no reason for it to have connected to my other user. I didn’t even activate Jetpack on that user, and that user is not associated with this site via WordPress.com.
