Hey Quicksmith,
Which version of Divi are you using? It seems like there’s a conflict between their theme and Give.
divi 2.5 – the latest release
Let me see if I can get my hands on that version… I’ve created an issue on our GitHub to address this: https://github.com/WordImpress/Give/issues/237
Thanks for reporting the bug.
Ok so I have the newest version and there’s not much we can do on our end to fix the issue. We’re going to have to reach out to Divi theme developers for this…
Is there any word on this? I, too, have the problem with Divi (2.5.3).
We reached out to them and have an open ticket with their team on the issue. They know about it and it’s up to them to provide a fix. There’s unfortunately no easy action or filter to apply to get around the problem as far as we can see.
I’ll make sure to ping them about it again and see if we can get progress this week.
We have reached out to the Divi folks about this and they said they are looking into the issue. Can you do me a favor and pass them your vote in the support forum? It’s really an issue with their theme that needs fixing.
Ha! “Two tickets passed in the night” … all that to say, we’re doing what we can from our end. 🙂
Thanks to both of you for your quick replies! I’ll try to nag the Divi folks as well… Is there a ticket number or something that I can reference?
They use a private support system, but our ticket with them is #216225. But they said they had created an issue in their private GitHub repository about it, which would be the most actionable thing to reference, but it’s private.
Thanks! I have submitted a ticket, referencing your ticket number above.
*fingers crossed*
HI All,
Elegant Themes just sent over a beta copy to me with the fix. That should be rolled out in their next version. I tested and it worked perfectly.
Thanks!
You rock! Thanks, Matt.
I’ve been talking with Elegant Themes and just asked the other day for an update. They said they’ve been talking with you and you’ve been helpful.
