 * My email blast with my daily post used to pull just a snippet of the post but
   suddenly is pulling the WHOLE post into the email. I contacted MC support and
   this was their response:
 * _I took a peek at your campaign, and I can see how it could be showing the full
   text instead of the snippet. I saw that the campaign is using the *|RSSITEM:CONTENT\
   _TEXT|* merge tag, which would be the correct tag for pulling in a short description.
   However, this can sometimes pull in the full content if the RSS feed is providing
   the full content in the description. The description is intended to be the short
   snippet, but MailChimp will pull in whatever information is in the description
   tag, even if it is the full content._
 * I then looked at the feed that the campaign was pulling from. I searched for
   the <description> tag for some of the content and I noticed that the description
   was a bit lengthy for a short snippet. This is likely the full content instead
   of a snippet, so the description will have to be configured in WordPress to ensure
   that the short snippet desired is sent as the description for the RSS item instead
   of the full content. Once that is shortened, though, the content in the campaign
   will also be shorter!
 * My problem is I have NO idea where to find that on WP. Can someone help steer
   me in the right direction?? Please???
 * Kristen

 * Hi Kristen,
 * You can go to WP Admin > Settings > Reading and set “For each article in a feed,
   show” to “Summary’.
 * Hope that helps!

 * Thanks Danny.. that was actually the first thing that I checked before I even
   came here and it is set to “summary”.
