• Hi. I recently switched my cricket blog http://www.thefulltoss.com from wordpress.com to wordpress.org and transferred my domain and hosting to bluehost.

Had no probs getting the site up and running, but my email [redacted] no longer works. I can send emails out, but every time someone tries to email me it gets bounced. Similarly, I cannot access google webmaster tools or resubmit my url to google. It always says ‘the domain administrator @thefulltoss.com has not enabled webmaster tools’.

Any ideas how I can sort this out. Bluehost said it’s google’s problem, but google can’t help me as they keep saying ‘sorry, it’s up to your domain administrator’. I’m pretty sure I set up my email using wordpress.

All help and tips very welcome! Thanks.

  • Your email address setups have nothing to do with WordPress. This is really a hosting issue.

Thanks. I guess I’m just lost as my hoster (bluehost) says it’s nothing to do with them. My colleague swears blind that he set up the email using wordpress, so figured here was a good place to resolve the problem. It seems not. Oh dear. Thanks anyway.

I’m afraid your colleague is incorrect. WordPress has nothing to do with your email address set up.

Thanks. I think he must mean he linked the email to our wordpress blog. I’ll try to find a resolution elsewhere. Many thanks.
