Email problems

    Hi!
    I have problems with e-mails .
    I set email when someone registers on my website for activation but it seems not working. Other email work perfectly.

    Wordpress Version: 5.2.2
    BuddyPress Version: 4.3.0.
    Website: https://www.dovadoapp.com

    Let me guess…. 😉
    You are having EM send HTML emails right? That might the problem.

    Simple test:
    Change your EM Email settings to plain text. Resend an email that did not arrive in HTML.
    If that solves the delivery, then the “problem” lies with the recipients email provider.

    EM does not add a plain text version to HTML emails. Some email providers mark this as “spammy”, preventing delivery. If you install my free add-on (https://wordpress.org/plugins/events-manager-email-users/) you can very easily add that missing plain text version, reducing the chance of being marked as spam dramatically. 😉

    I explained myself wrongly, I apologize.
    I need help with the registration email when a user registers. The rest of the emails send them without problems …
    So maybe this is not your responsibility but maybe you can help me …
