# Email problem

 * When I submit the form on this page [http://www.abilis.fi/lahjoita/](http://www.abilis.fi/lahjoita/)
   it will not send the form information to the selected email address (‘New order’-
   item) or email to the customer.
 * I’ve read this [https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/)-
   guide without help.

 * If you’re running WooCommerce 3.7, you might try editing the New Order email 
   and removing the “arms raised” emoji from the New Order email’s “Additional Content.”

 * Save your changes after it has been removed and see if the emails work again.

 * Thanks for the advice but it did not solve the problem. Woocommerce still does
   not send email.
