Yes, I installed the plug in but I can’t figure out how to email the users for a specific event. Many thanks for your help.
Very basic:
1) Set your settings.
2) Go the Events > Bookings > Click the event you want to email.
3) There’s an email form.
4) Click “Send Email”

In the Edit Event Page you will notice a button has also been added to the sidebox “Booking Stats”.
