    We’ve been using MailPoet to send out our new posts and it’s been working great up until the last post that didn’t go out to anyone. Looking at the system status it says it is paused and gives two possible reasons.

    We’re not over quota, and we haven’t been advised that we have a high undeliverable rate.

    I’m not sure if it is broken due to the upgrade to WP 5.5 or something else, but I’m not sure how to debug it.

    Thanks for writing. It looks like the MailPoet Sending Service was paused for your account because your site has been sending emails with blacklisted URLs.

    On close inspection, these look like SPAM possibly sent through unprotected contact forms, comments and subscription forms. Make sure to protect these forms using CAPTCHA.
