    Hello,

    Since a few days, some customers are telling me that they don’t receive the password reset email.

    Indeed, I use your plugin to send SMTP emails from woocommerce.

    I was able to notice that by disabling “Enable Sendinblue to send WooCommerce emails”, the problem was solved.

    The problem is that now I don’t send SMTP mail and I don’t feel like adding another SMTP plugin.

    Are you aware of this problem?

  • Do you have the main Sendinblue plugin installed too, with “Transactionnal emails” set to “Yes”?

    If you want Sendinblue to send all your emails, that’s the main plugin to have installed, with this WooCommerce plugin secondary to it.
