[resolved] Email order when its state is awaiting payment (3 posts)

    Is it possible? Or anyone can guide me where I can change it myself in the code?

    The change is due to cash or bank payment methods. The store admin is not notified because there a manual processing is needed, so store clients complaint about they're ignored.

    It would be a great option in the future.

    An email is sent to the admin for every transaction, including cash/bank. if you are not getting that, then you do have issues. There is also the possibility of enabling cron to send out daily reminders if there are outstanding orders, which i think checks that category as well.
