email notify for custom post type

    Hi,
    I wished to clarify about the email notification for custom post type. i have 2 custom post type : one is “job” and the other is “request”. unfortunately, notification for “request” post does not work.

    the request post is really just text input without keyword tagging. i wonder if that could be the reason…

    if need be, i will purchase a pro license to get it work.
