Email notifications to admin undeliverable

I have been getting “undeliverable” email notifications from Outlook saying delivery failed for an email sent to the website’s WordPress admin email address. The emails that fail are for new job postings or password changes, etc. I can’t find a setting in WP Job Manager that stipulates addresses notifications are sent to, other than the choices on the Email Notifications tab in Settings. I have them all selected. I did change the WordPress admin email address a few months ago, but I don’t think that is the cause. There is another admin user that IS receiving the notification emails. Any idea why the email notifications would fail to send to the WordPress admin email address?
