Email Notifications not working

Hi have two custom email notifications on my website. I have recently changed the email address. I changed in 6 different places, including the contact form settings and each contact form as well as the admin and settings email notification address.
When a form is submitted it comes up on my dashboard, but not receiving an email notification for it. If you can please help, I would appreciate it!
