 * I’m using Woocommerce 3.3.4 and noticed under Woocommerce >>Settings>>Emails>
   >Email notifications that my “Processing Order” template is missing completely.
   Possible to advice?

 * Yup, that should be there. Can you try a complete reinstallation (deactivate,
   deinstall, install, activate) of WooCommerce. That should bring it back.
 * Also do take a full backup before you do that.

 * You are missing multiple emails. Could you disable all plugins except for the
   core WooCommerce plugin and temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme? 
   Something is removing the emails, perhaps “Conversio”.

 * Hey, thanks. Manage to resolve it following your direction.
 * – Uninstalled Woocommerce related plugin “Paypal for WooCommerce” and Woocommerce
   and reinstalled only Woocommerce
