Email Notifications have changed since 2.01 Upgrade

When I received an email notification when I received comments the email used to list the person’s name in the From: line. Since upgrading to 2.01, it shows that it is coming from the system host email account. This makes it impossible to find comments from a particular person and I already asked my host (bluehost) and they said it had something to do with wordpress. Can anyone help show me how to get it back to listing the commenter’s name?
