  • I’m having the same problem, too. No emails.

    Not sure how often the plugin authors check this forum; I submitted a question about adding fields a couple of weeks ago but haven’t heard back.


    Sorry I haven’t gotten to this yet – I will add some debug logging for the test email function and see if we can capture the error.

    One more question – are you able to receive emails from your WordPress installation itself? (i.e. when a comment needs moderation, or a user resets their password)


    I’m having the same issue where donors aren’t receiving thankyou emails.

    The test emails do send though; somehow they show us being sent by the username I use to log into my web host (hostmonster).

    Other than the email issues, we love the plugin.

    I am also not getting an email when donations are made.

    Hi everyone!

    I switched Seamless Donations to use the same mail mechanism that WordPress itself uses – please try it now. That should do the trick. If not, let me know what is displayed in the Log (Dashboard >> Seamless Donations >> Log)
