    Hi all

    I have enabled Chat History with extended information, and hourly notifications. I assumed this was going to email me the chat log, but all I’m getting is a notification that a chat took place. I logged into the WP Dashboard but I can’t find any logs anywhere. Where do we find the Chat History?

    Hello @jamesmcd.
    Thanks for reaching out to us. When you enable chat history collection, it is stored in you WordPress website’s database. Right now we don’t have viewer for it, but it is in development and we will release it soon. If you want to see chat history right now, you can go to IBM’s website. There’s “Analytics” tab (screenshot) and you can see the conversations here.

    If you have any more questions, don’t hesitate to ask them.

    Thanks for your reply. Rather than storing it in the database, it would be good to have an email chat option to avoid the DB filling up with huge amounts of chat entries.
