Email notifications. Blacklist and reply notifications

    – Comments that get caught by blacklist still send email notifications to subscribers. This is really bad!

    – When writing a comment and selecting “notify me for replies”, notifications are only sent for direct replies but not 2nd or below. So if someone replies, and then a 2nd person replies to them, you don’t get notified about the 2nd comment. This may be wanted or may not be. It would be nice to have the option to enable/disable this.
