    Hi
    I have a website where you can order products from. Once a customer orders, they receive a email.

    What do i have to do to receive a order confirmation email.

    Really need this sorted out ASAP

    Hello! There must be an eCommerce plugin installed on your site. I would suggest looking at the plugins that are installed on your website and then look for a corresponding settings section. Then, I would look for email settings. If you can provide the plugin you have installed, I may be able to help further.

    I have installed the plug in WP-Mail-SMTP but i dont that is the problem.

    i recieve a message now when a customer orders but the template is like this

    1234567 – Test – cream,large – #0.00 is out of stock

    1234567 is the variation number
    the rest are product details but this is not how i want it to show when receiving the email. All it is a line and thats it.
