A lot of individuals are kind enough to volunteer in these forums. And, a few individuals were kind of enough to include a search function in these forums. So, please be kind enough to use it. You’ll be surprised when you find 506 results for “Email notification”.

I am working on this also. As “macmanx” points out, there are a lot of posts to be found (but not if you are so stupid as to search for, say “mail list” instead of “Email notification”:)). However, most of them are a year or more old and don’t really answer this simple question: has anyone used this plugin and how well does it work with V1.5+?

    Thanx

    Thanks, macmanx and DD.
I did do a search before, didn’t look hard enough, I guess. Went back and found the same thing DD mentions above. Will getback when I try it.

If I had to give a recommendation, it would also be for Skippy’s Subscribe2 plugin.

Hi macmanx, just tried skippys plugin. Works fine.

Tried the Email Notification plugin too, and had a problem. When activated, the Manage tab for it had the wrong url – so couldn’t find the index file.

And skippy’s seems a lot easier to use, too.

Thanx for the “heads-up”. I’ll give skippy’s plug in a try.
