 * How can I add an email notification when a FAQ is published?
 * I have users create a new post (CPT of type FAQs), and they want to be notified
   when their FAQ is answered and published.

 * Unfortunately, this feature is not available in the plugin and we have never 
   asked it before.
 * You can get it done by hiring code customization services.
 * I have also explored some plugins but before I recommend any, I need to know,
   how you will send a unification to any user like how you will know that an ABC
   user needs to get updated when this question is published?
