Email notification to author when comment moderation is on

Dear WP Community,

I have an issue with moderation of comments and notification email not working to author.

The setup is like this:

E-mail me whenever  (x) Anyone posts a comment
                    (x) A comment is held for moderation

Before a comment appears (x) An administrator must always approve the comment

I really want the author to receive a notification whenever a comment is held for moderation, but it seems that only the admininstrator is notified when it’s held for moderation. Is it possible to get a notification emailed to the author aswell?

Is this a bug or am I missing something obvious?
