Email notification stop working updating Admin email id

    Hi
    I had to change the Admin email id. It did not work through the Admin section so i went into PHPMYADMIN and changed from Users and options table. This worked.
    However now the email notification, that were going from the system have stopped, for the new email id.

    Is the email correct in the admin section now?
    CHeck Spam
    Check server email logs for any rejection notices
