[resolved] email notification not sent (2 posts)

    I've been using the plugin for months and everything has been fine. Today mysteriously none of my subscribers (or myself-admin) received any email, though a post was published as usual. Other things to know:
    - I checked with my web hosting co. (Fatcow) and they confirmed it was nothing on their end such as limiting the amount of emails that can be sent out per hour etc.
    - I attempted to "send email" to subscribers alerting them to the new post myself, but not only did that not go through, the preview email also didn't successfully get sent to me.

    Don't know what changed overnight but definitely need some help. Also should mention I don't know a thing about code, so the simplest answers and solutions will be preferable. Thanks!!

    FatCow lied to you. It took me about 3 minutes to find this article on their own website. They DO limit emails and will suspend your account if you go over the limit.


    You need to call or email them again, get them to lift the suspension and then talk to them about how you can work around the limit and remain within their limitation.
