Hi @jomol,
Even if you’re receiving email from another plugin, there can still be issues with how this plugin is interacting with your email server. The only way to diagnose what’s happening is to contact your web host with the date and time when you expected to receive an email but didn’t. They should be able to check their logs and tell you if an email was sent and, if not, why. If it was sent, they can sometimes determine why the email was rejected on the recipient server.

Hi, NateWr,
When configured this at the beginning, I got the email notification from the same web server. Suddenly it stopped the working. Is that related to the web host? Are you sure?

Also, when I submitted the form again, got the mail notification to user and admin. But for the confirmation and reject, I am unable to get the notification. Why?
Hi @jomol,
I’m not sure. Only your web host can help you diagnose the problem, because they’re the only ones who will be able to look into the email logs to check if the missing emails are getting sent and, if so, whether they’re receiving bounce notices.
Hi!
I have also had some problems. My problems ended when I used an email address from within the domain under Settings / General / email.
It looks like the plug-in is using the default address even when an address is used under the plugins settings. On many domains/host Does not allow external addresses to be used as sender address I think.
Have a nice day!
Best regards, Niclas
That’s exactly right, Niclas. Thanks!
