When I place an order for a gift card to give to someone, I enter their email address, but I only get a receipt for the order, but the recipients of the gift don’t receive the email that they’ve got something.
I have the email setup in the Shop Name. In fact, I have the BCC setting so the Admin should receive the email. I am Admin and it’s not coming through.
