The transmission of the form data does not work smoothly on our website either. Other users have been reporting about it here in the support forum for days. Is there anything new from the developer?

Sad that you getting issue with email, but unfortunately to solve it, we have to check it from your site, can some of you gave us access? You can gain it to admin@blueglass.ee
Also to mention, plugin uses wp_mail() function, which is kind of build it in WP…
Have you tried setting up SMTP plugin?
Maybe your server is blocking php mails with attachments?
We would like to help you here, but our hands is kind of tight, as we don’t experience such on our end.
