    I created a simple contact us form with both Store Submission and Email Notification enabled. When I clicked submit, the entry was stored, but the notification was never received.

    From within the Settings for WP Mail SMTP, I sent a test email and it was received immediately. I installed WP Mail Logging and there is a record of the Email Notification’s being sent (but like I said, it was never received). I have tried both {wp:admin_email} and hard-coding my email address into the TO field, but the result is the same.

    I am not sure what else to try (and yes, I did review the three-page discussion of this matter). Please help. Thx!
