Email Notification Format

    I’m having a problem with the new user email notification. This happens for drop down extra fields. The problem is the field label is used to enter the drop down values. In the body of the email notification you will get this:

    name: some_name <– text inputs are fine
    : yes <– drop down field (no label)

    Any help is much appreciated
